Highway-Non-woven geotextile isolation reinforcement

Recently, our business team solved a new project. High-speed construction of foundation reinforcement, using our filament PET non-woven geotextile.

It took us a total of 15 days to produce 2.25 million square meters of 200g geotextile, about 450 tons. The first time we sent 10 40HC containers to the customer, it took 28 days 

from our port to the customer's site. Subsequent shipments of 10 40HC containers arrived every 6-7 days, totaling 5 shipments. Our technicians provided online remote installation 

support to our client, who was also more specialized in this project. After we gave construction advice based on the terrain and the scope of the project, the customer immediately 

followed our program.

Geotextile is an indispensable material for road construction, especially in areas with long rainy season cycles. It is excellent for consolidating foundations, improving the stability of 

roads and preventing the serious effects of rainwater washout and vehicle crushing. Every year, there are many roads with subsidence, collapse, etc., especially in the highway 

and other high traffic volume and speed of the road. Once a problem occurs, the damage can be huge and there is a high risk of serious and dangerous accidents. Our company 

plans to invest in more machines this year, and we will increase our production capacity by 30% per day to meet more customer orders and create one safe road after another.

our customers the best road safety solutions through different terrains and environments!
